Some of the most requested projects include repairing decks, fencing, roofing, and walkways. We offer project based—not hourly rate—estimates and work with you to have the necessary materials onsite at the start of the planned project. When we replace failing doors or windows, we even patch the stucco or siding and paint the affected areas, so that you don’t have to worry about coordinating the many trades working on a project. You want us to haul away the project debris to the dump? No problem.
Preparing for Home Sale
Some popular one time projects include power washing, painting, swapping out bathroom and lighting fixtures and even washing all the windows on the outside!
Monthly Suscription
For families who are familiar with our work quality and work ethic, we offer a simple subscriptions where we process a monthly punchlist that varies month to month according to your changing needs—everything from fixing leaky faucets to replacing the dishwasher.
